Learning objectives
At the end of the course, trainees will be familiar with the main functions and principles of the R language. They will be able to apply them to perform simple calculations or graphical representations. They will also be able to manipulate their own data tables.
Please note: this course is neither a statistics module nor a statistical data analysis module.

- Data structures and manipulation
- Main elements of the programming language (loop, functions, etc.)
- Different graphic representations of data/results (plot, histogram, boxplot)
